Once you’re ready to move forward, a non-refundable planning fee is collected to begin the design process.
This allows me to dedicate time, research, and my network of trusted global partners to craft a personalized itinerary that balances shared experiences with age-appropriate activities, comfortable pacing, and thoughtful downtime.
Typical fees range from $350–$600 for families or groups, depending on group size. Hotel-only bookings never require a fee.
3 / Refine & Confirm
You’ll receive a tailored proposal and have the opportunity to request adjustments. We’ll fine-tune hotel rooms or villas, transportation, excursions, and meal timing to ensure everyone feels included and relaxed.
When everything feels perfect, I’ll secure your reservations, manage room configurations, coordinate transfers, and communicate special requests directly to hotels, guides, and partners.
