2 / Design & Planning Fee
Once you’re ready to move forward, a non-refundable planning fee is collected to begin the design process.
This allows me to dedicate time, research, and my network of trusted global partners to craft your personalized itinerary with private experiences and curated accommodations.
Typical fees range from $250–$400 for custom trips and $350–$600 for families or groups. Hotel-only bookings never require a fee
3 / Refine & Confirm
You’ll review your tailored proposal and request adjustments. When everything feels perfect, I’ll finalize the details, from hotels and tours to transfers and special touches.
